At present, the research on the legal language in our country is mostly concentrated on the static description, studying the legal language itself from the syntax or semantic angle, but lack the dynamic study, let alone the study and research on the combination of pragmatic theories and courtroom discourse.The paper studied the questioning on the court, and further described the strategy of courtroom questions. The paper concluded different pragmatic strategies used in the courtroom questions from macro and micro angles, and proved that: "Goal-intention principle" put forward by Qian Guanlian is explainable to the courtroom questions as well.The paper divided pragmatic strategies into macro and micro strategies. The macro strategy is like this: the strategy of step by step; of interrupting; of repeated questioning; of outflanking and oppugning. While, the strategy of oppugning includes the questioning on the authenticity of testimony; the strategy of oppugning the inconsistency of testimony and the knowledge of testifier. The micro strategies consist: the strategy of presupposition; the strategy of deixis and vagueness.
