Analysis About The Corruption Of Officials At The Level Of Province And Department In China

Since the Reform and Opening-up, the corruption in the officials at the level of province and department has become the huge obstacle, which is holding back Chinese political progress and economic development. This paper focuses on this problem. In this paper, the historical files on high-level official corruptions would be reviewed first. Then the system for supervising high-level officials would be summered and commented. Thirdly, the tendency of corruption in the level of province and department would be analyzed from the phenomena to the essence by the means of collecting cases .At last, the conclusions are educed that the sum involved in the corruption is increasing continuously; the period of investigating and dealing with these grafters is prolonged; and there are many bugs in the official-selecting system .It is also a puzzling phenomenon that grafters can gain profits and advantages by unscrupulous use of position as well as get promotion. Mostly, their families also involve in corruptions. The measure of crime is much diversified; the criminal obtained the profit from bribers in various approaches. There are few of approaches to exposure corruption. A large number of people involved in corruption, collectivization are a general tendency. The criminal became younger and younger. According to the analysis results, this paper still explored the reasons why corruption is so serious and the difficulties of controlling corruption. At last, this paper proposed the measures to control corruption of officials at the level of province and department.This paper concentrated on the trend and laws of corruption of officials at the level of province and department through the analysis of cases, and the feasible measures.
