The reform of litigation cost has become the focus of the social community. As the most direct aspect, litigation cost has caught people's attention. However, we still face the problem which most countries have to face that litigation costs too much money and time, and it does not fit for the development of the society. In recent years, the increasing of the cost, especially the increasing of the implicit cost makes people cannot afford the high price of a lawsuit. Being engaged in a lawsuit makes people exhausted and be afraid of going to court. The consciousness of litigation of people is decreasing. Such opinion does not only obstruct the fulfillment of the litigation function, but also restrain the establishment and development of the right mechanism, and the progressing of society has also been impeded. The three aims of the judicial reform are that: setting up an honest and high-quality judicial team, an independent, just judgment system and an efficient, low cost litigation system. And the efficient, low cost litigation system has become the emphasis of the judicial reform. As the theme of the working in the court, "Justice and Efficiency" is being paid more attention, and directs the reform of the court. But the reform of low litigation cost does not really begin. Even though the judicial system reform is becoming perfect, as long as we ignore this important factor, our reform of judicial system may be an unsuccessful one.The thesis aims to analyze the problem of litigation resource and litigation cost in civil lawsuit and put forward proposals on the main factors that mainly influence the litigation cost. And giving some suggestions on how to reduce the cost and fulfill the social justice. Besides, the essay tries to provide some beneficial thinking for the judicial reform.
