Research On The Rules Of Condominium

It's well known that the Property Law Draft of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter be called as the Property Draft) is on the process of the reviewing by the Committee of the National People's Congress. Condominium, as an important Chapter of The Property Draft, has been amended several times as the progress of the reviewing of the Property Draft, which means that the enactment of the condominiums has been accelerated and the rules of condominiums will be set up in the near future. This Article focuses on the significance of Condominium on the theory and practice, and researches, investigates and discusses the relevant questions from the aspects of conception of Condominiums, Sole Property, Common Owner Property, the management of Condominiums and my thoughts on the enactment of Condominiums in our country. I do my search in this article by means of Comparative research and legal interpretation.The Article contains the following five parts besides preface and conclusion:The first part is about the conception of Condominium. On the basis of the history of Condominium, I analyze the prime theories and viewpoints on Condominium, and conclude that we shall define the Condominiums in accordance with the theory of Dualism.
