This thesis will use the method called pedigree research to illustrate the concept of legal personality, through the illustration, I will show how these concepts have features of these today.At first this thesis will illustrate the subject of natural person, I will show that these concept have a developing process of this: in the beginning, its contents include something of public law, and also the private law. But because some philosopher and theologist, and the choice of jurist, this concept's give up the contents of public law, and was limited in private law.On this basis, the second part of this article will talk about the organization of natural person, two kinds of theories will be illustrated .I will point out that the key problem of this is who will take the responsibility.
