The Perfection Of The Social Security System Of China Public Servants

The social security system of the public servants is an important composing part of the state public servants system,it takes an important supporting position in the whole state public servants system and affects the whole state public servants system. With the further development of the economic system reform and personnel system reform of cadres, improving and perfecting the social security system of the public servants becomes one of the important tasks of amplifying our public servants system, stabilizing the public servants team, improving the quality of public servants, developing the public human resources reasonably, as well as improving the management level of China government. We supply the public servants with government support for a long time. The government support is a great financial burden to the government, and makes the public servants having dependent mentality. This can not do good to increase the self-support consciousness of the public servants. Our country began to reform the security system of public servants since 1990's, established unitary cities and towns medical treatment insurance which covers the public servants, the government also supply the public servants with medical allowance, some places carried out experiments of pension plan, some places reformed the work-related injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance by themselves.
