US 2004 residential Election is the first presidential election after Nine Eleven Attacks and the War in Iraq and America is in the Cross road where international bargaining and domestic politics will be changed, so US 2004 Presidential Election receives unprecedented concern of the whole world. The difference between Democratic Party and Republic Party and the effect of outcome of the election on the future of America and the world is super than other US Presidential Elections in modern history. Democratic candidate John Kerry and Republic candidate George W. Bush make full use of communication resources to convey their concepts and presents a "super political show" to people all over the world.In the Presidential Election, ''free speech and free press" regulated by The Constitution of the United States of America, the political situation where the two parties take turn heading the government, and all kinds of Campaign Laws ensure supervision by public opinion, accomplishment of communication and better communication effect.With the rapid development of mass media, political communication not only makes full use of mass media, but also is effected by mass media.
