| With the development of economy and improvement of people's living standard, the advertising business is developing rapidly. In fact, advertising has become an important part of people's life in modern times. And the advertisement contract functions a lot in the development of advertising, which has become an important gist that regulates the rights and obligations among advertisement owner,advertisement operator and advertisement promulgator. However, there is little research on advertising contract in our academe, and the regulations applicable on legal disputes are in great scarcity now. The lack of systemic study on advertising contract leads to the difficulties in practice. So it is urgent to establish an integrated advertisement contract system, which we need to consult the legislative regulations on advertisement contract system of other countries and which can be adapted to our country's advertising industry, the current situation of economic environment and development in future.
