Real property is the most important of economic and social resources of a country and it's the foundation of people's survival and development . Therefore in the national security legislations of different countries, to ensure transaction security is regarded as a real focus without exception. Real property registration system is the most fundamental system in a variety of related systems. As our country is just beginning to develop the market economy, property rights legislation lagging seriously behind, real estate registration system is also a little naive. Therefore, how to build and improve our real estate registration system is a topic that not only has theoretical value but also has practical value.Take the importance of real estate registration system in the modern economic and social life and our current legislative situation system into consideration, the paper introduces the three main patterns of the transfer of real estate right of the world and their corresponding real estate registration systems.
