Research On Action Of Administrative Encouragement

Administrative encouragement and action of administrative encouragement is the relation of material law and procedural law. A general institutional issue facing many countries in the world in varying government's administration means and promoting the administrative level is administrative encouragement, a non-compulsory administrative mode. With research on administrative encouragement, we must research on action of administrative encouragement. This article is aimed to analyze and describe some serious problems of theory and practice in action of administrative encouragement, and try to arrive at a correct understanding of the principle and efficient implementation of action of administrative encouragement. Several suggestions are further given of perfecting our action of administrative encouragement system. The article will given discussions in five aspects that are:The first part is a general description of action of administrative encouragement.
