The theories of constructing the harmonious society, validity, social contract and moral demonstration are the theoretical foundation of civil servants'good faith. Presently, civil servants'good faith has great value in persisting building a party to serve the people better, executing power for the people, maintaining the order of market economy, and increasing the efficiency of government administration.However, there are a lot of civil servants who usually lose their faith, such as executing decision arbitrarily, lacking standards of administrative implements and down-to-earth working style or even corruption in exertion of power, which makes the public feel disappointed, so as to result in the government losing the confidence of the people and the order of market economy being disturbed. The root of these circumstances is because of the deflected values, the weakness of the system restriction and the imperfections of the faith culture construction.Some foreign countries take measures on the construction of civil servants'good faith by ideal education, legislative guarantee and system or institution construction. In order to resolve the existing problems of civil servants'good faith construction, we should emphasize the faith education of civil servants and strengthen the institutional construction, as well as impel the construction of the culture of civil servants'faith. |
