Research On Good Faith Doctrine Of Administrative Law

Good faith doctrine,as a"king clause",is a most important principle in laws.But for a long time,it has been seen as a basic principle in private law,and applicated to contract law and other civil legal relations in both continental law system and Anglo-American law system countries.In this study field,the analyses to good faith doctrine were limited to contract law and civil law.So there are some discusses and less far-deeped research on how to establish and applicate Administrative Law.Since 20 century,with the transition of nation's function from"interventionist administration"to"offertory administration",the ethical request to government has further reinforced, good faith doctrine realized a transition from private law to public law,and became a fundamental principle of administrative law,it is even one constitutional principle in some countries.In our country,it is not a long time for us to study good faith doctrine in administrative law.and its fruits are most small,and we just began to legislate on it.
