Research On The Judicial Supervision System Of Domestic Arbitration

The promulgation of Arbitration Law has been speeding up the development of the judicial syetem of china by unifying the principles,syetems and procedures of arbitration.While Arbitration Law has made tremendous impact on the judicial supervision system of domestic arbitration of china,a lot of shortcomings revealed in the legislation and administration of justice have been restricted the development of domestic arbitration.Beginning with discussing the necessity of judicial supervision on arbitration,this article comments on the judicial supervision systems of domestic arbitration of several countries,analyze the problems of the judicial supervision system of domestic arbitration of China in practices and theories by discussing the effect of the arbitration agreement ,maintaining ,canceling and the non-executive systems .In the end, the author try to give some advices to perfect the system.
