The Construction Of Sincere Jiangsu And Ideological And Political Education

With the shift of planned economy to market economy, it occurs serious lack of sincerity in our economic and social life in China. It influenced the development of socialist market economy and the construction of mental civilization, hindering the process of harmonious society. So the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China published the Outline of How to Implement the Citizens' Moral Construction. It summarized the citizens' fundamental morality as "love one's country ,abide by the law understand the etiquette and sincerity, unite and amicable, hardworking and thrifty, drive oneself hard, love one's work, offer as tribute" for the first time. The 16th meeting of the Communist Party of China stressed that the construction of morality must take honesty and keep promises as the focal point. Under this background, the province of Jiangsu raised the strategy of constructing "Sincere Jiangsu". This thesis explores the problem of construction of Sincere Jiangsu from the point of the ideological and political education. It is divided into four parts:The first part explores the connotation of sincerity. At first, it explains that the sincerity lays stress on the morality of personal people in Chinese traditional culture. Second, it interprets that sincerity is based on the market economy and economic globlization in modern time. Sincerity not only inherits the traditional idea, but also develops it.The second part discusses the meaning of the construction of Sincere Jiangsu from five aspects, including the construction of political civilization, the development of market economy, the construction of mental civilization, ideological and political education and Harmonious Jiangsu.The third part describes Jiangsu's sincere condition. It analyzes the reason of good condition. It also explores the reason that why the phenomenon of breaking sincerity still exists.The fourth part explores how to construct Sincere Jiangsu according to the rule of the formation and development of people's ideology and moral character and ideological and political education.
