The modern war model has required the military personnel to change from "quantity type" to "quality type", and the intelligence and mental health of soldiers directly affect the master of weapon, harmonious personal relationship and fighting capacity in the end. The troop is a special group and it will aggravate the enlisted men with mental problem, and it also promotes the adjustment problem of recruits with mental disorder or adjustment disorder, which can be seen in the troop every year. Now troop is in the critical period of model changing, and in order to speed the course of quality model restructuring and reduce the depletion for the intelligence and mental health, it is very important to establish an election system for the recruitment and prevent the retarded and the schizoid entering into troop. is such a system which includes intelligence test subsystem (Chinese Soldier Intelligence Test, CSIT) and personality questionnaire subsystem (Chinese Soldier Personality Questionnaire, CSPQ). The system has been used for test in the nationwide recruitment for 2 years, while there is no particular research on its prediction. By testing and follow-up method, this study is to analyze the reliability and validity of the system, which provide stable theory proves and support for its formal nationwide use.
