| Urban house removal plays a respectable and positive role in urban construction of our country. But along with it, there are a lot of dissensions and even a series of tragic events according to reports. All these mostly because there are many deficiencies in our national actual《Administrative statutes on urban house removal》. In this article, in order to dissertate the issues, I will use the method of theory contacting with fact and I will revolve around criticizing compensatory system of our national urban house removal. In addition, I will compare Chinese compensatory system of urban house removal with foreign, accordingly I will point out the limitations of our system.
