Rational Analyzing On Present Peasant Problem In China

Facing a new century and a new stage,"To Build a Well-off Society in an All-road Way"is a magnificent goal in 2020 which has been put forward by our CCP at the 16th Party Congress. The people of all ethnic group of the country should struggle for this great goal. As Hu Jintao said:"To Build a Well-off Society, the hardest mission lies in rural area!". A well-off society in rural area is the major component and key problem to realize overall and real"The Well-off Society". How to settle the"Peasant, Countryside, Agriculture"which are called"the Three Farming Problems", is the most difficult point. The Peasant Problem is the most important aspect of"the Three Farming Problems". Because the peasant is the main part of Agriculture and master of Countryside, it is the first mission to resolve"the Three Farming Problems".In this thesis, the author discusses the thinking of the present Peasant Problem in China from four aspects. The aim is to call on whole society to put much emphasis on the Peasant Problem. And let all the people realize that the peasant is so hardly, the income in countryside is so low. Through my thesis, people can know fully the present condition of"the Three Farming Problems"in China is serious, dangerous.The first aspect, the author analyzes and compares the thought of"the Three Farming Problems"which had been put forward by Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin—the key leader of three period. Through analyzing and comparing the thoughts, they can give us a lot of theoretical meaning and guided effect. The second aspect, the author discusses the substance of the Peasant Problem and believes that it is civil treatment and political position. Furthermore, among"the Three Farming Problems", the Peasant problem is key point. The third aspect, the author analyzes the present condition of the Peasant problem and makes us know how serious it is! Depending on this, the author deeply analyzes the interior and oversea reason why it happens. On this foundation, we draw a conclusion that the essence of the Peasant Problem is civil treatment and political position. Facing so many problems, in the 4th aspect, the author discusses the methods to solve the difficult problems. Furthermore, we must realize that to solve the serious problem is a systems engineering. All the governments, from Center to locality, should set up a firm concept:"Human Oriented"...
