The thought of Lenin's Party Construction Theory experienced a long historic period, and thus this thesis discusses the basic principles and the backgrounds of Party Construction Theory of Lenin in the chronicle order as well as its mainstream concepts. The efforts are made to summarize his theory completely and systematically. Besides, Lenin's Party Construction Theory is playing an important role in the new historic conditions to the construction of Chinese Communist Party as the ruling party.This dissertation is composed of three parts:The first part simply reviews the contributions of Marx and Engels to the Party theory. They create the Marxist Party Theory, which settled its theoretical background. Lenin is their faithful believer and his Party Construction Theory also absorbs certain content of Marxist Party Theory. As a result, his Party construction theory is the basis of Russian Party construction for Russian proletariats.The second part introduces the main content of Lenin's Party Construction Theory, making concrete analysis in every aspect. Especially, on the introduction of basic point of each part and its historic background, it explains Lenin's contribution to the thoughts, organizations, strategies and theories of new-type proletariat Party before the October Revolution, as well as his research outcomes of proletariat ruling Party Construction after the October Revolution.The third part is devoted to the guidance of Lenin's party construction theory to Chinese Communist Party's construction. Under the new historical condition, it is important to reconsider Lenin's theory and such basic theories as the relation between party members and the publics, organization building and the construction of ruling Party.
