The state-owned assets are significant and fundamental to China's economy and also the mainly resource for the government revenue. However, the wastage and infringement of the state-owned assets is a serious problem in recent years and obviously this situation is still deteriorating. In this situation, the study on criminal law protection of the state-owned assets has important practical significance. The author tries to deeply probe the problems on legal protection of the state-ownedassets from the perspective of criminal law. It includes five parts of the following:Part â… : This part carries on some basic issues of state-owned assets. Firstly, the author introduce the definition of assets from the perspective of the economics, and then give the definition of state-owned assets, then introduced the formation of state-owned assets and classification, and analysis of the manifestations of the loss of state-owned assets and deep-seated reasons.Part â…¡: This part analyze the protection system of the state-owned assets built by the criminal law, point out the progress of criminal law, and make comparison with other countries at the criminal law protection of state-owned assets.Part â…¢ and Part â…£ are two important parts here. Part â…¢ summarizes researches related to the study on criminal law protection of the state-owned assets, and analyze many problems in China's state-owned assets protection .The fourth part make some good suggestions on how to protect state assets, some suggestions can fill the gaps in legislation.Part â…¤: From the perspective of property protection and international practices, this part discusses the issue of equal protection of property, and make some analysis on the rationality of the special criminal law protection to the state-owned assets.
