Matrimonial property regimes is an extremely important law system in life of family. Theoretically, although it is called"matrimonial property regimes", the scope of its impact will not be limited to spouses and family life areas. It is one of the constituent elements of socio-microeconomic. In real life, along with economic and social development, couples property disputes are increasing. But, our legislation on the property is too simple, unable to effectively meet the needs of couples to property system requirements and judicial practice. For this , the main argument from the comparative analysis of research methods used by the couple's property system, and there are some the legislative recommendations. This writing is divided into three parts.The first part is the general theory of marital property system. This is an overview about the general theory of marital property system by some legislation cases of the European continent. Specifically including concepts, types and contents of marital property system. Marital property system is about the ownership, management, use, income and disposing of properties before marriage and after marriage, he liquidation of debts, the clearing and partition when the marriage is removed.According to taking place, matrimonial property regimes is divided into statutory regime as to marital property, contractual regime as to marital property. Statutory regime as to martial property is divided into usually leagal property and unusually leagal property. Usually leagal property is divided into unity of property regime, union of property, community of property, separation of property regime, deferred community, etc. Unusually legal property is divided into certainly unusually property system, declaried unusually property system.
