Property management is a new industry, with much potential and vitality. It also played an important and active role in ameliorating people's life standard and work environment, improving city administration level, promoting residential construction and implementing social re-employment project. Since it is developing novelty in our country, it has many problems and contradictions. To solve these problems, many acts and policies were promulgated. But because of lack of comprehensive legislations, many disputes cannot be settled in time, or even cannot be settled at all without proper legal reference. Thus, in the face of various property management disputes, the urgent matter of ensuring industry's health is to speed up the pale of property management, and establish the legislative system that conforms to china's situation.The article is concerned with solutions to the disputes of property management and legislation perfection problems. According to her experience in teaching and practice of the property management, combing her professional knowledge of law, from several angles such as jurisprudence, civil jurisprudence, science of administrative law, economics and management, the author analyzed the type and characteristic of the disputes of property management, as well as the causes, precautions and solutions to many disputes existed in practice, solutions and legislative conditions of domestic and abroad. The aims and principles of legislation was discussed first, and some pieces of advice on eliminating the disputes and improving the legislative system were proposed.There are four chapters in this paper:The types and characteristics of property management disputes are discussed in Chapter I.
