Study Of Legal Problem On Transgenic Products

In recent years, with the population increasing, science and technology developing, international contacts becoming more frequent, modern biotechnology, especially transgenic technology is developing very quickly. Although it provides considerable benefits in some areas of industry, it has raised many problems that are not negligible, such as the problem of food, ecology, environment and social order, which would bring us danger, even disaster. This paper would discuss legal problem of transgenic products based on the foreign policy and cases to establish and improve our own legal system in this field to strengthen the safety management to raise the consciousness of the public so as to reduce or avoid hidden danger to public security and ecology environment.
