Study On The Setting Of Administrative Permission

The administrative permission law of the People's Republic of China is the first special law of all that stipulates administrative permission completely. However, because administrative permission in practice is so complex, that it causes the stipulation of the administrative permission quite abstract and principled. This article concerns the following subjects, such as the concept of setting out the administrative permission, the jurisdiction of administrative permission, and the procedure restriction of administrative permission. What's more, the article stresses more about the operating rule of administrative permission law in the practice, and tries to make the law to be advantageous to realize the public welfare goal about national macroscopic regulation, the environment and resources protection, social security and so on, and also prevent the excessively control of the law for the development of society and economics.
