Our company law has revise formally in 2005, among them , one important change is that it has cancel investment ratio and expand the targets .Old company law formulate that company's investment can't exceed fifty percents of it's net assets and can only invest to two kinds of legal persons. From choosing the value of efficiency , in order to give company much larger space ,the new law has cancel the investment ratio totally and expand the targets . The basic purpose of company is support development of company and protect creditors and shareholders. As an important aspect in company's capital system , investment of company's foreign operation grow up gradually since it's establishment. Undeniably, it can make company benefit much to expand powerfully. Meanwhile, it always bring a great deal of questions , such as damaging the creditor's interests. Now, our law can't adjust these questions the corporation investment will bring, which will damage the right of shareholders and creditor. So it's has certain theory meaning and realistic meaning to study the corporation investment. This paper regard it as the research contents from four following respects:First part is the basic summary of the corporation investment. At first, this part defines investment and corporation investment, and explain it's legal characteristic, target and classification.Second part is the difference of new law and old company law and analysis.
