Research On Party's Ministerial Ability In "Triangular Organization" Regime Perspective

"Triangular Organization" Regime is a special administration, which was come into effect by the CPC during the period of anti-Japanese war in the bases, by jointed-classes and strata. This regime demonstrated the leadership of Chinese Communist Party, developed the progress forces, won over the force of the middle of the roamers, isolated the force of the diehard, and won the support of common people. All these strong functions lay a solid foundation for winning the war against Japanese invaders. Analyzing the establishment of "Triangular Organization" Regime, the relationship between "Triangular Organization" Regime and Party's leadership, and Party's increasing ministerial abilities in "Triangular Organization" Regime, This paper tries to investigate some precious experience about party's construction of ministerial ability.This paper consists of four parts. The first part is about the establishment of "Triangular Organization" Regime, pointing out that the establishment of such regime is the exigent need to resist the Japanese invaders, isolate the diehard, strive for the middle-of-the roamers, and enhance the party's own construction. Moreover, this part aims to analyze its process of establishment and main characteristics.The second part disserts the relationship between "Triangular Organization" Regime and party's leadership. It argues about theoretical and practical search after "Triangular Organization" Regime in the first central collective leadership's perspective and that party's leadership to the regime is mainly realized by the organizations of Party and the Young League.
