China and America are both the most important countries. The relations between both countries affect not only themselves but also the Pacific Ocean Area, and even all over the world. Sino-America relations have developed about two hundred yeas since both counties open to each other; Sino-America relation have covered more than half century since the CPC founded in China. Mao Tse-Tung, the excellent CPC's leader left us precious fortune about Sino-America relations since many policies on Sino-America relations were mainly made by him. So it is worthwhile for us to research on Mao Tse-Tung's policies and thoughts on Sino-America relations.This article tries to make further research on Mao Tse-Tung's policies and thoughts on Sino-America relations in order to conclude some tenets guiding our foreign policies toward America while mainly centered on Mao Tse-Tung's policies toward America since the CPC founded, the whole article can be divided into four parts:The first part mainly retraces the history of the CPC and America's relations since the CPC founded, drawing the outlines of their relations'development. So as to make further research on the Mao Tse-Tung's policies and thoughts on Sino-America relations.The second part mainly retraces the development of the relations between the CPC and America from the CPC's born to the Republic Country of China's born. Mao Tse-Tung's policies toward America before liberation are the original thoughts of the policies and thoughts on Sino-America relations after liberation. So it is necessary to make some research on it. Mao Tse-Tung gained much experience from tackling the relations between the CPC and America, it is very useful to make new policies about Sino-America relations after liberation.
