Analyzing The Strategies Of Chinese Party Of Government Organizations' Cultivating And Selecting Women Leaders

The leaders in the party or government organizations, as the top administrative level of officials, are responsible for carrying out the party's policies to the people, play a decisive role in the development of a nation or organizations and have become the most important part of the human resources. Women leaders are an important part of the leaders, Cultivating and selecting women leaders, as a strategic object, has been brought into the governments' schedules in the world. Furthermore, developing women leaders candidates is systematically analyzed and studied from the view of gender.
