Under the trend of globalization, there is a gradually increase in the flowing of world population. The foreigner disembarkation management of numerous countries are facing a serious challenge. In the Asia-Pacific region, China and Japan are in cooperative partnership as well as competitive relationship. To learn from our partner and competitor, especially from Japan who is keen at leaning, is essentially important. This article mainly focuses on the comparative study on the management systems of foreigner disembarkation of both countries, to summarize on their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. This is a way to improve our foreigner disembarkation management system to deal with the more and more complex situation and to help the China construction of socialism modernization.
