A Study On The Influence Of E-governance Upon The Administrative Law

In recent years the information technique develops quickly, changed the mode of the economic growth and the daily life method of people, born so-called E-government and E-governance .Be a kind of new government operation mode, the E-governance brings traditional administrative law method strikes and challenges, this is also the development motive of the administrative law .This thesis makes to compare to the E-governance ' influences towards the administrative law method analytical completely, the full thesis is divided into three parts. The first part, the author sets out from the definition and characteristics of the E-governance, its advantages and shortages, and make to the Chinese and Foreign electronics governance to study; The second part, the author emphasized to inquiry into the E-governance for the influence that the administrative legal theory read aloud, main from the electronics governmental affairs and service principles, participate the principle, the efficiency principle etc; The third part, the author analyzes the effluences of E-governance upon the administrative law from the points of the administrative organization, the administrative admit, the government procurement etc.
