The Study Of Legal Problems On "Village-in-the Cities" Transform

"Village-in-the cities" is a logical result of the expansion of towns in China. The article analyses the law and existing problems in the course of transforming for "villages-in-the cities". Besides the postscript of the article, there are three parts: (1) The legal problem caused by land ownership change. (2) The legal problem about reconstruction on turning collective economy into stock company. (3) The social security system for peasants without land. The reconstruction of "village-in-the cities" is not only a process in which population aggregates to cities, farming economy transforms to urban economy, but also a transition process of people's behavioral style,living style and manage style.
