The Elementary Research Of Environmental Public Interest Action

These years, environmental public interest action has being the hot issue in society, but it did not arouse the attention of the scholar. Frankly speaking, the research on environmental public interest action is very weak. In order to improve the attention, this article intends to an elementary research on environmental interest action and relevant questions. There are four groups of this article. The first section summarizes the environmental public interest action, aim to definite the conception and characteristic of it, and know about the differences between public interest action and private interest action. The second section introduces the theoretical foundation of environmental public interest action, aim to provide the consult and reference for our country through the oversea law of environmental interest action and relative system evaluation. The third section uses multidimensional angle of view from different knowledge by law, sociology and philosophy to take apart the feasibility and necessary deeply of build the law of environmental public interest action in China. The last section presents what issue need to solve when contribute the law of environmental public interest action from accuser competency,prompting system and punish of law side, and advance the basic assume of building environmental interest action.
