Basic the fact, this text attempts to analyses and discuses to the pretrial custody all-sidedly, from the nature and characteristic of pretrial custody, and the relation of the custody with detain, arresting and penalty; and the constitution of the pretrial custody system, etc, In an attempt to offer the support in theory for the reform and improvement of Chinese pretrial custody system.
