In the process of our country's getting along with the WTO gradually and developing SocialisticMarket Economy with great effort, there're more and more trade frictions between our countryand other countries. And some of them are resulted from the Unfair Competitive Behaviors of thecompetitors. So, how to regulate the Unfair Competitive Behaviors in International Trade on thebasis of not violating the principles of WTO and abiding by the promises our country has made isa realistic problem we have to solve. The article analyzes and reasons the problems both in theoryand in practice by discussing the special Unfair Competitive Behaviors in International Trade. Bydoing so, the author has made some conclusions and put forward some advices to our country'srelevant laws.The article includes four parts. Part I has summarized the Unfair Competitive Behaviors inInternational Trade and concludes the two characteristic of them-one is about the subject, theother is the relativity on how to confirm them.Part II has discussed five types of the Unfair Competitive Behaviors in InternationalTrade—Dumping, Subsidies, Quantitative Restrictions, Technical Barriers to Trade and ParallelImport. In the meantime, the article also analyzes their characters of unfair competition.By introducing the survey of International Competition Law, Part III has reasoned the rationalesfor the coordination of International Competition Law and put forward the realistic scheme on thebasis of discussing the relations between trade policies and competition policies.On the basis of all the discussions and analysis above, Part IV puts forward some advices onformulating Antitrust Law and revising Anti-unfair Competition Law and Foreign Trade Law.
