Assembling Brawl

There are some issues on the crime of assembling brawl in Chinese jurisprudence and judiciary. This article, which aims to reach a concurring view and guide the legal practice, by means of case study, describes the composition of the crime and draws a line between this crime and other crimes. Additionally, this article also analyzes some tough points as well as some focus of the crime and discloses the essential of the crime.
