The History Of Juridical Construction In Yanbian Region For Our Party

There are five developmental stages on juridical construction in Yanbian region for our party. Before liberation, IT was the juridical branch in soviet government of the anti-Japanese citadel that carried on the judgments. Though those judgments were sentenced to the lords and the gangsters, and the methods were more single, and the organizations were in complete, they had accumulated the elementary experiences and lessons for the future jury work.When the anti-Japan war got victory, the democratic government and army was established by the party in Yanbian region. During the land-reformation, eliminated bandit and liquidated traitor, the Yanji local court carried out the judgment, and made an important role.The secondary court was set up in Yanbian Korea autonomic in Yanbian region in 1952. after that, the mediation and the law propaganda in Yanbian region were lead by the juridical government which was built by the secondary court, soon after, the elementary courts were built in every country and city, and so the notary department and the law consultant department.In 1955, the juridical administration took place of the juridical government. But in 1958, the juridical administration was banned and belonged to the secondary court, at the same time, the police station and the inspection bureau were set up, and made a new development of the law work in Yanbian region.The police station, the inspectional department and the court were merged and impaired the law work. During the anti—rightist and the Da-yue-jin, and the notary department and the law consultant department were banned. The lawyers were judged the rightist.The juridical governments were banned completely in Yanbian region during theCultural Revolution, and were taken place of the People Secure department. The workers of juridical government got cruel shock and persecution.The juridical governments and their works got renew and development after the third session of the eleven times for the China Communist, and exerted their function completely.It is not only the fruitful experiences, but also the profound lessons, about the juridical construction in Yanbian region. It becomes a useful reference and will make an active role in the governing the state by law.
