To actively implement the publicity of administration and improve the construction of law in the conduct of the publicity of administration is the request of developing socialist democracy and restructure towards socialist market economic system.Administration publicity is conducive to creating a public and transparent environment to govern the country according to law. Building the mutual trust between the government and the public depends on enhancing the effective running of the government itself, realizing the share of information resource among government sectors, and improving the efficiency of government.
