It has very important and urgent meaning to avoid and reduce the terroristic crisis successfully, safeguard thenational security effectively and promote the healthy development of the society.As a Chinese saying goes,"Stones from other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one". To research the crisis management system of other countries, and learn from their experience could broaden our vision and get a helpful apocalypse. Therefore, the author tries to sum up the common features by combing systematically the crisis management system of the U.S., Russia, and Britain and other countries for the beneficial experience and enlightening advices to the establishment and the enhancement of the China's crisis management system.
