A Research On The Values Of Youth Intelletuals Under The Circumstance Of Socialist Market Economy

The values of youth intellectuals are their opinions when they cognize, evaluate and decide if various things and appearance could satisfy their needs. They reflect the relationship of youth intellectuals individual and society. Our society is being in the period of transformation. At the process of the planned economy system to the socialist market economy system, the renewal has brought the differentiation and rebuilding of interest relationship and caused the huge change of society economy, politics, and culture, etc. The values, which located in the center level of culture, have also deeply changed, particularly the values of youth intellectuals. With the guidance of Marxism values and on the basis of the general theory of values'research, this paper described the values of youth intellectuals'development orbit in divided stages at straight direction mainly on market economy's development. On a horizontal plane, it interpreted the values of youth intellectuals'development from values of life, politics, morals, occupation to loves. On the basis of these two respects'analysis, it summarized the main trend of values of youth intellectuals'development, subject trend, actual effect trend and multiple trend, and analyze them from positive and negative respectively. On the basis of theory analysis and from the angle of practice operation, it put forward the methods how youth intellectuals set up science values and make them fit the requirement of society leading values. The leading values of socialist market economy ought to be new types of collectivism values. Time endowed collectivism values with new meanings. From self-angle, youth intellectuals should raise cognizance levels, strengthen abilities of restricting selfhood, confirm values in practice, and sublimate values in self-education. From the external environment of forming values, people should lay stress on the analysis of the values of youth intellectuals'theory and lead the development of the values of youth intellectuals purposely.
