Research On Web-based Project Management (WBPM) Of Real Estate

Because the project distributed in different regions lacks of science, standardiza-tion's management in the process of implementing, bring bad effect to the process of implementation of project, and result in the economic losses that can't be retrieved finally. The web based project management system is one of the powerful ways for large-scale construct enterprises or real-estate enterprises to carry on project management information. At present, the web based project management system has already become the focus studied and front field, and demonstrated the good development prospect. In this paper, on the basis of reading a large number of literatures, point out that domestic enterprises develop a large-scale integrated system through setting up the data pass way with other mega projects management software , realize the platform shares , combine other tools software at the same time while developing the web based project management system, can hold the foreign advance , can develop the simple project management system apt to use to the domestic environment too, can maximum reduction of cost also, raise the efficiency of developing, avoided developing repeatedly too. In this paper, firstly, introduction the state and trend of development in project management system of the domestic and international, secondly, through analyzing thoroughly the concept of the project management and existing problem, this paper proposed the collectivity structure of implementing the web based project management system, analyze the concrete intension of the sub module of project management, such as information management model, Scope manage model, etc. This paper has researched on non-linear time-cost optimization based on Genetic Algorithm, realized time-cost optimization dynamically through using the simulation technology. And analyzed how to use this model to the web based project management system. This model not only gives full play to the advantage of computer operation, can also set the expert decision system into the project management system, in order to realize the intellectuality of the project management system. Because this technology involves a lot of fields, the theory is still in study, but with the development of this technology, it is believed to become the mainstream of the plan and costs control of the project management soon. This text has also bring forward the development layout of web based project management system, and a feasibility analyze of project management information is given. Through introduce the detailed support technology to carry out WBPMS. And analyze the problem would come up against while implement the WBPMS; obtain the approach of implement the WBPMS. Then given Beijing Sunshine 100 Group Co., Ltd (GuangXi project management center) as an example, combine the theory of this text to design a WBPMS suiting the work mode of this company. Via reciprocal utility to work out a solution to this company, this paper also put forward the collectivity frame to implement the WBPMS of this company. The data of management software become more and more acceptant and the exoteric software compatibility become higher due to the exoteric design criterion. Instead the tradition arithmetic by random search strategy. Because it can realize by programme expediently, its superiority is obvious while establish a large-scale web based project management system. Finally, summarize the study result of this paper, and given advice of the further perfection and optimizing of WBPMS and looking into the prospect of the web based project management system.
