Dissertation On The Reigning Resources' Constituents, Functions, Utilization And Development Of The Chinese Communist Party

The party reigning is now a commonly existing political phenomenon all over the world. Whether a party succeeds in a selection or in a war depends on whether it has overwhelming reigning resources compared with its opponents. Reigning is a whole process. During the course of reigning, the reigning party must own strong reigning resources system to support and keep its power. The CCP has integrated the reigning resources into its reigning theoretical system.This paper tries to analyze the factors, functions, utilization and development of the CCP reigning resources. Firstly, by analyzing the definitions of "reigning" and "resource", the paper points out that "reigning resources" is a two-fold meaning concept. Further, by expounding the nature of the CCP reigning and its reigning features, the paper finds out its reigning resources factors and considers that the reigning resources is a function system collaboratively worked by each factor. Finally, this paper tries to analyze the utilization and development of the reigning resources to realize its functions in a practical way. In this part, the paper elaborates on the inevitability and urgency of making full use of and developing the reigning resources, some necessary rules and detailed practices.
