| Generally speaking, bank supervision system of developed country was established at the beginning of 20~th century because of their practical demands and came into being with their development. For different economic level and different background of economy and politics, each country s bank super-vision has different character and much distinction. J.n recent years , with the development of financial freedom and economic globalization, finance begins to appear the trend of multioperation , meanwhile many domestic banks invest Insurance and Securities. Correspondingly, each country reforms their bank supervision system, such as USA,U.K., Japan.After taking part in WTO, China opens its financial market , many foreign bank-groups pour into China and many banks of China begin to appear the trend of multioperation. Now, the field of finance and law begin to pay attention to how to perfect bank supervision and consummate its system. This paper analyzes bank supervision system of developed country and puts forward some suggestion of how to perfect bank supervision system of our country. This paper includes five chapters: Chapter one introduces concepts elements and patterns of bank supervision system etc; Chapter two introduces the history of bank supervision system of USA, U.K., Japan , analyzes their characters and uses for reference in our country; Chapter three analyzes the trend of multioperation and influence on bank supervision system ;Chapter four analyzes some questions of bank supervision system of China , brings forward some suggestion and treasures; Chapter five makes a conclusion. |
