The Research On The Law Problem Of The Internatinal Financial Regulation And The Bad Loans

After joining the World Trade Organization, our Chinese banking has slowly opened itself, while, some foreign investment has come to China to establish its own banks, so the competetion has become much fiercer. Howere, there are a big group of bad loans in our bankings, moreover the flowing has gone up continuously. It follows that we must hold some steps to reduce the chances of the bad loans happening in order to get rid of the Financial Crisis. On the basic of researching about the negotiation of the international financial regulation and comparison with the related experience of other countries , the article analyses the rules of our financial regulation and combination our country' s law practice, bringing up the conceive about how to use the law to reduce the bad loans.The article is divided into five parts. The chapter 1 tells us that we are facing the international competition now.The chapter 2 analyses the cause of our bad loans formation and the urgency of control it.
