Nowadays, the enterprises have to survive and develop with a serious change and challenge because of the globalization and informationization of the economy. The competitive advantage of the enterprises changes from capital to knowledge and talent, and the management orientation turns from things to persons. The human being becomes the core of the enterprise management. As the corporate culture and human resource management both concentrate on the person, they become the key factor to success for a corporation. The development of an enterprise needs not only the inflexible human resource management and the flexible corporate culture, but also the complementation and interaction between them. Though there was much research on human resource and corporate culture, the study on the relation between them is still lacking. It's of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between corporate culture and human resource. What's more, the further discovery of the match relation between them is of more significance. Based on the mode of integrated management and Person–Environment fit theory, the thesis tries to analyze the fit relationship between corporate culture and human resource systematically and quantitatively. First, through literature review and analysis, the paper systematically details the complementation, interaction and match relationship between corporate culture and human resource. Secondly, based on the mode of integrated management, the thesis put forward the fit relation between the openness of corporate culture and the diversity of human resource. Thirdly, the correlate concepts and variables are operationalized, and the indicators are selected. Then, according to the empirical investigation by questionnaire, the date was analyzed by statistics to prove the hypothesis. The end is the conclusion. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, such as systems approach, literature review, questionnaire, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analyses of statistics. The findings of this research indicate that there is a complementation, interaction and fit relationship between corporate culture and human resource, and that the fit relationship between openness of corporate culture and the diversity of human resource may influence and predict the performance of the enterprise, the degree of the fit is a significant predictors of the enterprise performance. Those findings may help the corporation to improve the human resource and culture management, and to manage and develop the human resource more effective.
