Study On Safeguarding Rights And Interests Of Commodity House Consumers

With the deep going reform of housing system in the cities and towns of our country since 1998, the increasing development of commodity house market has played a n important role in promoting the economic growth as well as improving peoples' living standard. However, the fact that consumers' rights and interests in the commodity house market have been repeatedly encroached has become a growingly hot issue.The present paper, with the starting point of safeguarding consumers' rights and of promoting the healthy development of the commodity house market, has cited numerous facts of aggressions on consumers' rights and interests and analyzed the reasons. Meanwhile it has discussed possible ways to standardize the commodity ouse transaction of the development enterprise and to enhance the protective measures on consumers.This paper falls into four parts. Part one and two make comprehensive study on the problem and effect of the aggressions on rights and interests of commodity consumers, and expound the essentialty of special protection on commodity consumers. Part three discusses on the major content of the problem of the aggression on rights and interests of commodity consumers from four aspects: shortage of legal protection, special essence of commodity house, consumers playing an subordinate role and not perfect of the commodity house market. Part four makes how to take protective measures on commodity house consumers' lawful rights and interests in terms of legislation; economy; administration; judiciary; society, consumers as well as the establishment of credit system.
