| This paper used microeconomics and new-institutional economics theory,taking peasants' special cooperation organization in our country as the study object,exploring the forming mechanism of peasants' special cooperation organization and deeply analyzing the main factors affecting the development of peasants' special cooperation organization, solving the problem of how to develop peasants' special cooperation organization in our country.According to economics theory,the peasants' cooperation motivation is to acquire the potential profit which they can't get under the present institutional arrangement,only under the situation that the potential profit is more than the cost for institutional rearrangement,do the peasants likely cooperate. The study framework of this paper is as following:from three aspects of economy,politics and culture, analyzing the concerned factors which affect the potential profit or the cost for institutional rearrangement,exploring their functional mechanism.At last,this paper summarize the main factors which have great impact to the development of peasants' special cooperation organization and the forming mechanism of peasants' special cooperation organization.The main conclusions are as follows:the important factors affecting the development of peasants' special cooperation organization are the proportion of agricultural product as commodity,the farmer's output scale,the government's support policy and how complete the concerned laws are,how well the peasants know about cooperation and the credit system in rural areas, the forming mechanism of peasants' special cooperation organization is:the motivation of cooperation—acquiring the potential profit;the precondition of cooperation— the potential profit is more than the cost for institutional rearrangement;the ways of cooperation—one is to take the large farmers as core to form cooperation organization,another is with the government's participation to form cooperation organization. |
