A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurship Human Capital And Enterprise's Performance

Modern economic theory holds that enterprise's capital can be divided into material capital and human capital, and entrepreneurship human capital which is a key factor determining the enterprise's performance plays a decisive role in the existence and development of an enterprise. In recent years, the study on the relationship between entrepreneurship human capital and enterprise's performance has become an emphasis and a hotspot in the field of management research.On the basis of the achievements of former people, this thesis carries out an investigation on the relationship between entrepreneurship human capital and enterprise's performance. The thesis, first of all, summarizes the current situation of entrepreneurship human capital and enterprise's performance , and redefines entrepreneurship human capital , and analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurship human capital and enterprise's performance; and then constructs relation model of entrepreneurship human capital and enterprise's performance and illustrates by examples of listed company of real estate in 2003 as samples.
