Rural Labor Transfer Research In Secondary Developed Region

This research with the nvbu town rural labor transfer to non-agricultural sectors for a present condition for,passing peasant household interviewing,questionnaire investigating,history covariance data,etc.method,have to outing the nvbu town rural labor transferring with characteristics.This research using the methods of economics,psychology,sociology,with background of rural labor of the secondary developed region realizing transfer by two kind of methods,discuss the advantage and disadvantagey of the mode on the spot to transfer and the foreign transfer respectively at realizing turns to non-agricultural sectors.This study make out the main blocking factors,with the foundation of the transferring will analysis to non-agricultural sectors in two kind of different ways,are:The current farmland system is not reasonable,the level of town and village economic development is low,the cost of the rural labor transfer is high,the labor character is low,the work environment is bad,etc.Finally,in the foundation in total research conclusion,this reaserch put forward the policy that quicken rural labor transfer,that is pushing forward the district economic development moderately and fleetly,setting up the current farmland system,reforming education mode,improving the environment of labor employment,reducing transfer cost,perfecting labor market,pushing forward small town development.
