Research On Deng Xiaoping's Art Of Leadership

Deng Xiaoping was the important member of the first leading group. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, he had become the key figure of the second leading body; it was just him who had guide China to the right way of socialist modernization. In long-term practice of revolution and socialist modernization, Deng Xiaoping had taken a particular form of art of leadership. This art of leadership is the special science of leadership that can open and enlighten our modern leader. This article attempts to go deep into the Deng Xiaoping' art of leadership in the basis of former scholastic attainment. The whole article consists of five parts:Part one: The meaning of Deng Xiaoping' art of leadership. This part has two layers. Through analysis of the difference of leading method and leading art, the first layer elaborates the meanings of art of leadership. This part is the main point of the whole article. In the first layer, the author clear it's main content form five aspects which are the art of thought, the art of policy decision, the art of coordination, the art of choosing person, the art of speech. In the second layer, the author analyzes its three basic features.Part five: The practical value of Deng Xiaoping' art of leadership. This part illustrates the value form the two sides of theory and practice.
