Study On Environmental Protection Strategy In Development Of Circular Economy In Chongqing

Traditional environmental protection strategy that end control cannot adapt to economic and social development already. Only by changing style of economic increase fundamentally insisting source prevent, controlling pollution and resources in process of production for principle as a main principle, end to control as the secondly principle, the contradictions of economic development and environmental protection could be alleviated fundamentally. If follow old way of the traditional economic development that is the model of " resources - the products - the offal ", we will pay the heavy cost of resource and environment. Circular economy, as the fundamental change of the traditional economic model, is a basic way to lighten the environmental pollution, which is proved by the economic practice. Chongqing as only municipality directly under the Central Government, west of China, faces with the contradiction of large people and little resource. The environmental situation is quite severe and Chongqing faces four major challenges. Circular economy is the best way to realize harmony of development between economic development and resource environment. This thesis combines earlier stage research project from Chongqing Environmental Protection Agency "eleventh-five-year" environmental protection plan "study on environmental protection strategy in development of circular economy and new-type industrialized grind". Base on circular economic development practice and experience both at home and abroad and Chongqing's conditions, the thesis researches and proposes the new environmental protection strategy and policy in development circular economy in Chongqing and measures.
