Abstract/Summary:
The design of the compensation system is the premise and the important partof the modern compensation management . How to design and build up a set ofscientific compensation system to match the Chinese situation and promote thedemand of the business enterprise development , which is a new and importanttopic for local business enterprise . The study of this thesis begins with the basictheories of the compensation management , making use of the methods of systemanalysis, induction and deduction etc. and the tools such as interview andquestionnaire etc. . It analyzes to the original compensation system of an airlinecorporate to find the wrong places, and puts forward the new design project . In thethesis, we can find that the compensation management is very important to developthe business enterprise .Part â… Introduction: Through analyzing the current ages and the industrialbackground of the civil aviation , the thesis states how to adapt the development ofthe social economy under facing to the keen competition of the talented person.The corporate should study the thought, theories and methods of the managementsystematically , set up the new ideas of the human resource management , and buildup the system of the compensation management connecting with businessenterprise development . It is objective, fair and reasonable for the staff who makecontribution to the corporate . It should develop the potential of the human resourcefarthest in order to promote the development of the business enterprise andguarantee that the staff can acquire economical and mental satisfaction from thesalary .
